The Orange County SSC creates year-round opportunities for individuals to play a variety of team sports in a social atmosphere that continues into happy hours and lasts long after the games are over. Itâ??s the perfect marriage of sports and a social scene that draws participants from all over the city and the surrounding areas each year. The Orange County SSC social calendar is filled every season with kickoff happy hours for each sport, and many other group events like ski/snow board trips throughout the year. The Orange County SSC prides itself in being the areas best opportunity to meet tons of new people in one afternoon. Your main goal in joining the Orange County SSC should be to meet new friends, drink cheap beer and have funâ??itâ??s that simple. There is great value in friendships made through sportsâ??friendships that have lasted longer than any memory of games won or lost. Orange County SSC members are encouraged not to take winning or losing too seriously; they know that the social aspects of the league are more important than a win or a loss. Where: On the sand in Belmont Shore @ E Ocean Blvd & La Verne Ave
When: Sundays 2pm - 5pm (1 Hour game) for 10 weeks

The OCSSC has come to bring Coed 2 Hand Touch Beach Football to Long Beach!! Games will be played through a 9 week season + playoffs on the beach in Belmont Shore with games on Sunday (late) mornings with 'Sunday Funday' at our sponsor bar â??Acapulco Innâ?? all afternoon!
Please note - this is Non-contact (except 2 hand touch) and IS COED... That means it's safe & fun for everyone and the rules are set up to make sure EVERYONE gets involved in the game!
Women are NOT spectators here - They are Key PARTICIPANTS!!

OCSSC Coed Football is played with 5 male & 3 female players per team on the field. The ball starts on the '20', 2 completions earns a first down, earn 1 first down on either side of mid field & get an automatic first for crossing mid. 1 out of every 3 plays MUST utilize a female as the operative player during the play! Female player can be a runner, receiver, or QB, but does not have to make positive yards or complete the catch/pass to qualify as an operative play!

Open to ALL skill levels- Just a great attitude for Fun, Friends, & Exercise!

Beach Tennis is a quick pace game of partnership & a ton of laughs. This gives a great chance to break a sweat to people of ALL athletic skill levels & All age
