Captain's Note not in the past month
Welcome to the LA 5K Walkers - Autumn's a great time to get in shape before the holidays and improve health 1 mile at a time. To keep me going, I'm committed to walking at least 1 5K per month on Saturdays or Sundays, plus walking 3-5 times a week in between. Let us know where you like to walk for training and where you'd like to do 5Ks (or 10Ks and half marathons in 2010). We'll create some training walks for members where it's most convenient and pick 5Ks to walk at as a team walk where most convenient as well (day, time, place, cost). Keep well and keep walking!
